Ed is incredibly helpful! I like the easy scheduling online for services. The video of the car repairs needed with an explanation is great! I also used the shuttle service to get to work so I could drop my car off in the morning. I'm very happy with my service.
Poor customer service. Buzz Charles McAllister at the body shop is very rude, his demeanor demonstrates that he is annoyed and bothered by you... the paying or potential customer. He will over talk you and he is very impatient, when you are trying to explain anything. Heritage does not need to have him on the front line of their body shop services. Darlene should be handing all phone calls and customer service.
