Not proper communication and online no response, very delayed. My rating is no need putting any rating.
Great experience with the Heritage Body Shop team. I was in an accident a little over a month ago and unfortunately, the insurance company made it very difficult to get the estimates approved for repair. Jim kept me informed every step of the way and fought for the repairs needed to make sure my vehicle was repaired the right away. This place has the worst costumer service i have ever experienced. I called 2 times asking for updates for when my car was going to be ready in a span of 2 weeks. Darlen didn’t feel like updating, she was rude , unprofessional and talking to me like i was a 5 year old and i was bothering her.
I AM PROFOUNDLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I AM CURRENTLY RECEIVING @ THIS DEALERSHIP! HAD CAR TOWED IN MONDAY FOR APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY. WILL GIVE PROPS FOR WORKING ON CAR BEFORE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE WHICH WAS TUESDAY BUT THAT IS WHERE THE PROPS END. CAR STILL ISN'T FIXED YET AND IT IS FRIDAY! Never ever drop your car in this body shop. They have not fixed all their problems but they charge insurance company too much any they have not fixed my car’s all parts. And they took 40 days to change only one buttom of back bumper.
