Typical Heritage Jeep money hungry company. gave me a quote for repair. then when it comes time to schedule the repair management says I have to bring it across town because they would lose money by doing the work and transporting the vehicle. maybe you shouldn't have quoted the repair then. oh and this repair is now needed because of the aftermath of a previous repair that was completed.
I've used the shop for years, all positive experiences. On 2/27/24 I scheduled a appointment for a factory recall and the first appointment was 3/11/24. On 3/8/24 I received a text that my appointment was being canceled. I called for clarity and got an AI... and things went downhill. AI told me I'd canceled my appointment for THAT day, I had no appointment scheduled. I also received an email that said "we don't have the parts and we don't know if we'll ever get them" basically, goodbye now, run along! Finally, getting a live... read more
