I may have been scammed. I paid to have my windshield wipers replaced by Toyota Heritage service center Owings Mills in May 2025, and as of September 2025, my windshield is squeaking. This has been occurring for several months now. How can windshield wipers that were recently replaced be making such noises? I have called and left a message to talk to the service manager, but haven't heard back. I have my receipt to prove i paid for the wipers, but I'm not sure the wipers were changed.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this service center for years and have spent thousands maintaining my vehicles here. That’s why I was surprised and disappointed when I recently received a 20% off coupon from Koons Toyota in Westminster, but this location is refusing to honor it. When I called, the service advisor, Ryan, said no way, they would match 10% at the most.
