I don’t recognize anybody to use this body shop. My has been in their shop since December 22 and as of February 4 my car is still not ready. They have giving me different excuses of why my car isn’t or when it’s going to be ready. I had a rental and had to turn that back in after 30 days and now out of transportation. I’ve asked for a loaner they have excuses about that too, every time I ask for a manager they are never anywhere to be found. Next I will definitely choose another body shop.

Extremely disappointed with the service department at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills. My brand-new Toyota (purchased May 2024) was towed in on a Saturday after a serious safety issue involving loss of braking. On Friday, November 21, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., I visited the dealership for routine service, as I regularly do. When I entered Alex’s office, I was subjected to discriminatory and disrespectful treatment. He attempted to prioritize another client’s service even though no one else was present in his office, and his behavior made it clear that he was dismissing me without cause.
