I went for an oil change and the multipoint inspection is well documented with a video but the recommendations of things to fix was ridiculous. These are blanket things needed to be fixed as soon as possible as a warning for the urgency by this dealer. I had a line item for rear differential for my hybrid (everyone knows there's no rear diff on a toyota hybrid). The urgent recommendations came up to $1,800 of which $1,600 were BS. I bought a New Toyota Sienna Platinum in black. After signing the paperwork, the sales rep had it detailed and to my surprise had MANY scratches on the side of a brand new car. They were able to remove some but not all the scratches after waiting in the dealership for HOURS after the paperwork had been signed. I had to pay an independent detailer to have the other scratches removed from a brand new car. I will reach out to the dealership and will update on here.

I paid Heritage Toyota Owings Mills more than $800 for an inspection, related work, and an additional key fob. After they said the Toyota Yaris passed inspection, it repeatedly went into limp mode in traffic—revving, slowing almost to a stop, and refusing to accelerate. This nearly caused two accidents, and someone could have been seriously injured.
