July 2026 Update for Heritage Toyota Service: Though Alphonse told me that Heritage Toyota would put on a customer purchased catalytic converter anti-theft deterrent "if" they could, once I gave it to them with the instructions, AFTER they installed the new catalytic converter, Dan calls and says that they won't put the Catstrap on. They didn't even try to put it on, and that's after telling me that I would have to pay an additional $150 ($30 per clamp) that was NOT included with the Catstrap and required to get it to adhere... read more
