Scheduled an oil change by apt arrived on time. Advisor Ryan S acted snobby and dismissive about me needing an oil change and would not honor a coupon bc I have a Lexus. I thought Toyota is a parent company and use exact same parts. Went to another Toyota group dealer and they took care of me perfectly.
