I unfortunately had an accident on a Sunday. Found this body shop on line and took the car there. I contacted the shop on Monday and the staff that I dealt with was very helpful in letting me know they were booked. While waiting Mr. Mohammed was very helpful in letting me know what was going on. He was much more helpful than the insurance company. During the extended time my car was at the shop I got no push back from the company complaining about storage costs. I took my car in for a repair and was given a loaner to drive. I picked up my car and got a blessing here and I know blessings do happen to everyone.
Had a accident and unfortunately one of Heritage/Mileone other collision center nearer to Towson closed so I was left with this place. To clarify their Towson location employees were some of the best people I've ever met. NOT THIS LOCATION THOUGH. Never again. The insurance company took a long time to settle and provide payment which is fine because the car had upgrades. Worst customer service you could imagine getting
This was the ultimate repair job! They fixed what another collision shop messed up! The District manager was very upfront and honest with everything that needed to be repaired. Great customer service and excellent repair service! Not all shops are willing to repair another collision center work! BUT THEY did and did an AMAZON job! Super satisfied!!
