Betty (service rep), Justin (tech), and Hayden (clerk) were all helpful. There was a scheduling misunderstanding on my part, and Betty and Justin basically made things work for me at the last minute. I really appreciate them doing that and for offering great customer service all around. Justin did a clean job of putting my new spoiler on, and it was done so quickly too. Please keep up the good work!
Hayden was very kind and thorough! When I can to pick up my vehicle there was verification needed and she went the extra mile to ensure all things were settled and handed quickly! My vehicle was also repaired sooner than I anticipated!
