The Best Banking but need to improve the customer service.
This is the absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure to be associated with. They are extremely unprofessional, untrained, unkind and act like no matter how poorly they treat you you should be lucky they are holding your money. Their banking systems are extremely antiquated and the staff doesn't have the basic knowledge that should be mandatory in this business. Dark ages! This bank has the worst online system I have ever had to use, constantly wants you to change the password and no assistance after hours...what a joke.
