By far the worst bank I think we've ever had to deal with. For the longest time we were able to pay rent without difficulties, yet they suddenly bumped down our withdrawal limit and now we have to call every month to up the limit to pay rent which is 3k. Getting through to someone is almost impossible, the customer service is shoddy at best when we do, and several times now when they've said they upped the limit, they didnt and flat out lied to us. They were open 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays for the longest time. 70 hour work weeks are not uncommon for me. A break in the action, if it will happen at all, will most likely occur on a Saturday or Sunday. That, more that the friendly family faces I've enjoyed being welcomed by, has been what made them my bank for so long. Anyone else in my shoes?
