I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Heritage Bank branch. On multiple occasions, members of my family have left feeling talked down to and dismissed. Most recently, my 80-year-old mother and my 21-year-old daughter were treated as though they didn’t understand what they were discussing. By far the worst bank I think we've ever had to deal with. For the longest time we were able to pay rent without difficulties, yet they suddenly bumped down our withdrawal limit and now we have to call every month to up the limit to pay rent which is 3k. Getting through to someone is almost impossible, the customer service is shoddy at best when we do, and several times now when they've said they upped the limit, they didnt and flat out lied to us.
