I have been buying vehicles from this family business for 15 years . They have always served me well and the prices are fair too. I have had my vehicles serviced in their body shop and service garage as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to buying a used car or getting it fixed. I hear my friends talking about the awful experiences they have elsewhere, and I always tell them NEXT TIME GO TO HERITAGE!!

This auto shop started to rip you off. I recently had work done there, originally quoted $ 300.00 some but I ended up paying almost $ 500.00 for a simple work that could be done in one hour, but they used 2 hours to do it. The worse part was when I got my car back, the problem still there. I immediately called the owner's daughter. She denied and said they fixed the problem at the shop, and that was the new problem. THIS IS THE WORSE CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I RECEIVED A CAR FROM THEM AT THERE LANCCASTER AVE LOCATION AND WITHIN A WEEK IT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION, THEN AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED, THE ENGINE WENT. THIS CAR WAS NO GOOD, THEY MISLEAD THE FACTS, NEVER TOLD ME FROM THE START THAT THEY REPLACED THE ENGINE BEFORE I GOT IT, AND WITHHELD FACTS IMPORTANT TO THE SALE. After a mechanic I'd been using for years became unreliable, Heritage was recommended to me by a friend. Their staff is very friendly and caring, and they've always spoken to me intelligently and realistically about my options regarding repairs. I run my vehicles until they just won't run anymore, and they have been very good at helping to fix issues for me so that I can get more use - and their rates are very reasonable. I have been using this location for years to service my vehicles and have never had any issues. We started going here when my father had a car that another mechanic said was unfixable and these guys had it back on the road inside a day (its still on the road by the way.) Even though I generally only go here for inspection once a year the office staff knows me by name and sight and are always emminently friendly. They have friendly service and do good work at reasonable rates. I have been taking my cars to them for years.
