Do NOT buy their extended warranty. I was not informed that the company the warranty I was buying would be through a third party agency, not supplied with details or terms and conditions. Then provided no support when the warranty turned out to be worthless. I paid for a “$25000 limit, no excess warranty” when I went to make a claim however I was offered only $400 towards $2500 repair. Last week I purchased a Silverado from Heritage Motor group. I dealt with Harrison who was beyond helpful. I’m from country Victoria so enquired with my 2 local dealers but unfortunately their customer service was lacklustre to say the least.
