HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BOARD! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ARBOR HOMES TO ANYONE. FROM THE THINGS THE WORKERS DIDN'T WANT TO REPAIR IN THE HOME DOWN TO THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED FROM THE SALE AGENT! ABSOLUTELY WOULDN'T BUY OUT HERE AGAIN OR IN ANY AREA! THAT OFFICE LADY SAID WE WOULD HEAR FROM HER EVERY WEEK UP UNTIL CLOSING AND THAT WAS A LIE, WE DIDN'T HEAR FROM HER UNTIL I CONTACTED HER! THE SITE SHARES FALSE INFORMATION REGARDING THE HOMES! We have lived at arbor homes for 4 years. The neighborhood is expected to maintain the pool (clearing filters, adding chemicals) the bathrooms are obviously not cleaned by a cleaning crew. For the amount each house pays in HOA fees you would think they could at least provide pool chairs. The playground is 13 years old and has never been updated as well as the basketball goals barely have a chain. I would not recommend arbor homes to anyone.
Hard to get the financial loan officers to call back or email prospective client! Reached out to them to find their qualification to apply for information.
