This company tears down 95 percent of the trees to develop its homes. Just look at the Landsat of their subdivisions ravaging the Low Country. I’m not sure why anyone would want an ordinary home with a stick planted in their new front yard. Pathetic

Neighbors are great but HOA and Builder is awful. If your thinking of building with smith family builders or if you live in a community managed by superior management services beware the builder cuts corners and almost all of their homes have issues and the HOA seriously is inept. the neighbors I give 5 stars to the community due to the HOA and Builder I give a 0 star.
