The office staff is polite and will work with you. Just be prepared to pay what you signed for on your lease. HOWEVER, I will warn you of what IS NOT on the lease that you will be experiencing during your stay. 1. This is a Hispanic community, not an issue. Hearing obnoxious, loud music every other day is. The Heritage Apartments serve their purpose. They’re neither nice nor are they well staffed, but they’re home to lots of people so I won’t say anything negative. I will say that if you’re a visitor to someone that lives in the apartments make sure you take the time to get a visitor parking permit. It’s not difficult. Scam a QR code and follow the steps. I had a great experience with the leasing office at this apartment community. The staff was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the leasing process.
