I love the people living here, I love the ward, and I love the location, but that’s where it ends. The pros of living here out way the cons, but there’s still bad things. Apartment was disgusting and not ready for any of us to move in. Managers are terrible at communicating are rude and unprofessional. Fairy incompetent management. I randomly got a charge for having a cat in my apartment over Christmas break after they had already checked my apartment and said nothing. They said we had a cat, which we did not, and charged my entire apartment $150. New management seems to be tacking on random fees making heritage more expensive than it should be. Needs New Managers. Before Fall 2019 they had the best managers I had ever had, compared to three other apartment complexes. Hands down the worst and rudest managers I have ever had. They have sent out emails about keeping blinds open after curfew otherwise they will assume we are "hiding" something. They put out a "tax" on pumpkins that if your pumpkins weren't in the trash by midnight on halloween you would be charged 50 bucks. I love living at Heritage. The location is perfect. The ward is great. The management is the best. They have the washer and dryer in the apartment which is super convenient. I will definitely be staying here until I graduate.
I think Heritage is QUALITY! I mean today they gave us cookies just because the management is kind! The apartments are nice, the weight rooms, the lounge, INDOOR LAUNDRY! Yup. They've really spoiled us, I'm really glad I got to live here
I've lived at Heritage for a total of 3 years, and I love it here so much I just can't seem to leave this place. I love the atmosphere and spirit felt here, and the management and staff are the best! They work hard to provide for us tenants and are understanding and thoughtful. We're located right accross the street from campus and have stellar Bishops assigned to our wards.
