I have lived in the Heritage Apts for the last 8 years, and have been very happy here. I am most impressed by the Maintenance and upkeep of the apartments. When I have something at my apartment that needs fixing or repaired, the maintenance engineer, Ahmir shows up to assist immediately. Even when the situation is not an emergency. When there was an emergency gas leak in another apartment close to mine, He brought me a space heater to make sure I was warm while repairmen fixed the leak. I do not recommend living here. Since moving in, my experience with management and maintenance has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Within three days of moving in, I reported a broken screen door. When maintenance came, I was immediately accused of breaking it, even though the damage was clearly old and existed before I moved in. The maintenance guy is the only one that is friendly, says hello, and does good work. The office staff is disorganized and does not seem to know what is written in their own lease. I w... read more
Excellent service any time

I needed the bolt lock replaced on my front door yesterday. I went down to the Leasing Office and reported it to Cynthia. Within minutes, Admir was at my door and not only replaced the bolt lock, he also replaced the door handle, as well. The replacement job was done well and quickly. I very much appreciate the quick and competent action taken by the Manager and Maintenance to get my front door fixed.
