Lyric and Dr. Logan are truly amazing! They got my baby kittens in right away and made the whole process so simple. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in their care. Dr. Logan answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered opportunity for more without rushing or making me feel like an inconvenience, as I have experienced at other places. In general from our most recent encounters: Poor healthcare for our pets at the Hortonville office, Care at this place has been declining over past year, used to have knowledgeable good providers who cared for our family pets. Sad to see how it has recently went downhill. We have changed to new vet clinic.
