Dr. Lauren is so rude and has no sympathy.
Technician Lauren Samples is mean and heartless. After 25 years of taking our pets to Heritage Animal Hospital we will never come back. That goes for everyone I know. Took our 15 year old sick and dying cat there to cross the rainbow bridge and have cremated. Took 128 dollars to have this done. was told it would be 178 dollars. After saying good bye to our beloved cat and crying our eyes out we were told we only had two options that was either take the dead cat home or they would put him in the freezer until we came back on ... read more
