My friend is still negotiating w/ Dr. Miller and getting him to take ownership of his mistake and to pay MedVet Northern Utah. I don't understand how this doctor can tell the pet owner that his clinic made a near fatal mistake & that they would pay for her pets medical bills and then back out. Isn't that why doctors have malpractice insurance? And why should the patient's owner be put through this torment? Heritage Animal Hospital would NOT be a place I'd take a pet.
Dr. Miller made a huge mistake & administered 15 times the amount of anesthesia to my friends cat to which he admitted to. Now he is trying to back out of taking responsibility. Ethics? Money? Not impressed with this practice. Wish I could give zero stars.
Won't take responsibility for their negligence. Should be 0 stars...1 is being generous.
