Dr. Tran & her crew are the best.
I’ve been nothing but impressed by Dr. Tran, Dr. Mashburn, Christina, and all the other people at Heritage. They were super accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments and put up with all my questions. All my appointments with them have gone smoothly and I don’t expect that to change. My cats were very comfortable at the office and I could tell the vets and technicians cared about them. I highly recommend Heritage if you’re new to the area or just looking to change vets.
Today was a very tough day for are family. We had to both of our labs down at the same time for different health reasons. I have got to publicly thank the staff at Heritage Animal Hospital for all they did to ease the pain of our loss. We have been going there for about a year now. They have always treated us with the small town flare and care. Wake Forest lost the best Vet ever when Dr. Darch left. But as far as I am concerned Heritage Animal Hospital today got the Dr Darch Award! which to me is the highest Honor
Dr Tran and Dr Mashburn and all of the girls that work there are the best at what they do. The best I've ever had the privilege of knowing. Their caring and interaction with pets is remarkable. Trust this old dog when I say that your family member whether it be dog, cat or whatever you have will get the be given the best care possible. I know that I have. 💜
We had our rescue pup Faegan from Hope Animal Rescue spayed with Heritage Animal Hospital and they did an awesome job!! I’m a super particular fur mom, that has worked in the veterinary field for over a decade, and I was impressed with their quality of care and great staff!! Thank you so much for taking great care of our girl!!
The people are so friendly and the office and exam rooms are clean.
The staff really love on my baby Georgia. Makes us feel like family
I have had to call twice at closing for emergencies and they stayed open so I could come in. So helpful, patient and thorough!
