Heritage air came out today to fix our air and they did such a great job! We didn’t have air for over a month because the nest thermostat wouldn’t turn on and no one could figure out why. Steven came and had it fixed within 20 Minutes! It was amazing how fast he was! It was cheaper than any other place we called as well! They did a great job and we highly recommend them!! Started with a AC not working properly. Unfortunately the compressor is locked up. Cleaned coils and tried a hard start on the compressor but did not work. Technician Steven was very polite and the company over all seems very honest. Sad to say we will need a new unit all the way around. They were able to make that happen. So we will move forward with their new unit. Heritage Air seems a very fair/honest company in my opinion.
