Steve Stine is very experience AC technician. He came out to give me an estimate on my unit. Steve were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand but what really stood out was his knowledge and attention to detail. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and made sure everything was explained.
Austin came out in the pouring rain and was a pleasure to work with!!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us regarding our system and what repairs needed to be done. I highly recommend Heritage Air!!!

They came by did the inspection and maintenance agreement. All checked out but a drain pipe. Ran 5 CO2 cartridges through but were unable to unclog the pipe. So as usual its something our plumber will need to check into. They were at least honest to tell us they could not, so they prove once again to be a honorable company
Austin came to my house and check all my A/C system, He's very professional straight to the point. This company knows theor stuff and how to explain it to me even when english isnt my first language. Thank you Austin for your honest insite of my hvac system
