Great Communication, On time, professional… A+ in every way.
Had a small blockage that created the overflow tray to leak. The two gents that turned up were done in less than 20 mins. Invoice says $95 for call out fee, which as it was a same day emergency, which I am okay with, but $175 for "Clean Drains" fee that literally was just pumping air manually with the overflow plug (in the same way you clear a minor sink blockage) to unblock it is really excessive. I get that you pay for knowledge but that worked out $525 per hour using only a handheld screwdriver to get to the panel. As it ... read more
