Brian and the rest of the crew at Heritage Air Duct and Chimney were fantastic. Brian came out to clean and inspect our Chimney and clean the dryer vent. Thank goodness, too, as our dryer vent was 100% clogged. Brian was super careful to keep the work area clean (you can see in the attached photo, no mess after the cleaning!). I can tell this company works hard for their customers and I have great peace of mind knowing my Chimney and dryer vent are clear. 100% recommend this company for your Chimney and vent cleaning needs!!
We had our dryer vents cleaned. Brian was very professional, thorough and friendly. He explained the process and answered our questions. The company was easy to work with from making the appointment, appointment reminder texts, and paying the bill. We will definitely be calling them again for any duct, chimney or vent cleaning!
I had a great experience with Heritage Air Duct Cleaning and Chimney Service.. Brian came to clean our fireplace and was incredibly professional and thorough. He didn’t just do an excellent job cleaning but also took the time afterward to explain everything he had done and gave a detailed assessment of the fireplace’s condition. Brian was fantastic to work with! He was very professional and did a great job. Him and Madison were excellent with communication, very knowledgeable and made everything hassle-free. I was highly satisfied with the outcome and will definitely use them again!
This was my first experience with Heritage and I couldn’t recommend them more! I needed my dryer duct cleaned and Brian did an excellent job.
