We had a great experience with Hertiage (specifically Brian serviced our home). We bought our home a couple years ago when we moved to Warrensburg and had no idea when the ducts or dryer vent had been last cleaned, if ever. Hertiage was recommended to us and we are glad. Excellent experience from start to finish. The scheduling and initial conversation was very clear and professional. On the day of the service, Brian arrived exactly on time and clearly explained each step before he started. He did a very thorough job and performed airflow tests to confirm the improvement. The follow-up guidance was thoughtful and even provided a post-cleaning video to show the results. Highly recommended!

Brian was on time, thorough, conscientious in care of property, and knowledgeable in his field of work having grown up in a business that did duct work cleaning. (And our “new” house is almost a 100 yr old. Some of the vents have probably never been removed since it was built!) Very polite and professional. Also very respectful of our home and fur babies. Explained what we would expect and the time frame to he completed. They finished earlier than expected and gave us some very helpful information to maintain our unit and air quality.

We were very pleased with our experience with Heritage Air Duct Cleaning! Communication was great from the moment we made the appointment right up until they were done. They explained what and (most importantly) why they were doing what they were doing each step of the way. Overall, they were fast, friendly, and very affordable. We highly recommend them if you need your duct work cleaned out!
