Brian did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! He was very professional, respectful of our home, was great with keeping our pets comfortable, and kept us updated on how the process was going. Multiple items were re-acquired today from the kids putting things down the vents! He showed multiple videos of before and after cleaning, and provided advice on how to increase the efficiency of our dryer even further and said he'll come back out to test it again after we make the changes!

Brian came out today, was on time. He walked me thru the plan for cleaning the air ducts, made his recommendations which all made sense. He was careful with my hardwood floors, wore shoe protectors, used corner pads for walls and furniture that the hose wrapped around. Cleaned and removed all the air vents and cold air returns. We had a great experience with Hertiage (specifically Brian serviced our home). We bought our home a couple years ago when we moved to Warrensburg and had no idea when the ducts or dryer vent had been last cleaned, if ever. Hertiage was recommended to us and we are glad. Brian did a great job getting the ducts on our new house cleaned! When we first moved in they gave off a mild smoke smell but it is completely gone now. He was in and out in a few hours and did great work!
