Our new home has never had the ductwork cleaned out and we could tell that from the moment we pulled up the floor vents during a renovation on our wood floors. The floor vents were filled with lots of degree form the original construction of the home. Brian with Heritage Duct Cleaning was very punctual, courteous and polite. He made a point of showing me the before and after photos and keeping me updated with his progress with the job. I would highly recommend him and his company for any vent and air duct cleaning.

Having allergies and concerns with the air we were breathing in our home, we contacted Heritage. Within a few days, Brian (owner) arrived promptly; he was personable, knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. He explained each part of the cleaning process. We were also concerned, and for good reason, with the risk of fire due to a clogged dryer vent. Brian also cleared out the dryer vent, which alleviated a big fear.
