We recently had our AC vents cleaned and were very impressed with the service. The team arrived on time, was professional, and explained the entire process clearly. They took great care to keep everything clean while working, and we noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality and airflow throughout the house. Heritage Air Duct Cleaning was here today to clean out our air ducts. The owner, Brian, arrived on the scheduled time with everything that he needed to do the work. A very pleasant and polite man that explain the procedures of the work to be done in detail before even starting and what we can expect. We had a great experience. They were professional, on time, and did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent and ducts. The owner explained everything clearly and made sure the area was clean before leaving. Our dryer is working much more efficiently now. Brian did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! He was very professional, respectful of our home, was great with keeping our pets comfortable, and kept us updated on how the process was going. Multiple items were re-acquired today from the kids putting things down the vents! He showed multiple videos of before and after cleaning, and provided advice on how to increase the efficiency of our dryer even further and said he'll come back out to test it again after we make the changes!
