They don't even deserve one star. Home warranty give the job to them and they do crap. Instead of fixing my AC they ruin it! The technician just do whatever, doesn't even want to check and wait to see if the AC actually blowing cool air. Instead he said "I don't have time to wait." They came 3x and nothing fix. This is summer time! They should stop doing AC business because they don't even do know how to fix AC correctly!
This was one of the most frustrating and poorly handled HVAC experiences I’ve ever dealt with. In May 2025, American Home Shield sent Heritage AC to diagnose a refrigerant leak in my system. At that time, they told me the leak was in the indoor coil. Fast forward to May 2026 — the same issue comes back, and AHS sends the SAME company again. This is the worst company I've ever "had" to work with. They were assigned by AHS warranty service. They scribbled down $10,000 on a receipt and took off. As my dad said "they are outlaws" - not a good company - would give zero stars if I could. Ask AHS for a SECOND OPINION. I had to call AHS 15 times but finally I'm getting a second opinion. Do NOT do business with this company.
Very good company....the AC Tech saw what I needed to fix my problem, and fixed it. Very happy with the out come. I was worried as this is a AHS contractor, but they did a good job and I plad with the outcome.
Our older ranch house had weak cooling in the back bedrooms, and they traced it to maintenance problems and low refrigerant. Communication was excellent from booking to follow-up. Pricing was reasonable, with no pressure. I appreciated how respectful, tidy, and the technician was.
