Driving 10 miles under the speed limit in the left lane while playing on his phone, then cuts across 2 lanes without signaling. Probably shouldn’t have a company name on your truck if you’re gonna drive like that.

TERRIBLE and complete waste of time. 1 minute visual inspection. Said my ductwork needed to be redone estimated $4500. No tests were ran and left. Afterwards, I just checked around the blower and found at least three large leaks that all would have been covered under my insurance. I imagine there are more. Very disappointed in their service.

Stay far away if you can read my message. I will personally advice not contacting the scam organization. After getting paid in full for Compressor replacement which they told me will take two or three days, even nine days later they still haven't fixed the issue yet and the latest excuses outright scam. I was told that the part was damaged and when I contacted the supplier, they told me that there was no damage and that very likely Heritage installed it to to someone who was willing to pay more for that item. I have had AHS for years. It was going to cost me $3000 out-of-pocket to repair the air conditioner. Heritage air and heat, almost from the minute. They got here, before, even looking at my system, started telling me I probably needed to replace it. AHS would pay hardly anything. I had another company come out and without the warranty fixed it for $920. I’m still contemplating reporting both entities to the Better Business Bureau. I think they lied just to sell a new system.

This company is horrible. They canceled on us for 2 days. Then they showed up, did the work and broke a part and would not return to fix it the same day. It is 100 outside currently. They lied and said they needed to order the part too. The part is an off the shelf part they can get at home depot or Lowes. No one should ever use this company. They are terrible. They have bad reviews for a reason.
