This is not a car loan company it's more like a loan shark predatory company staffed with blood thirsty wolves with no morals or any trace of basic human dignity, I purchased a vehicle through these people in 2018 and I was told that after making timely payments my APR of 21 99% would go down after the first year however nothing could be further from the truth it was all lies and deception all they wanted is for me to to sign the dotted line, after one year I went back to them for better rate but kept getting different answe... read more

Toni at Heritage is AMAZING! I was in an accident and struggling to pay our car loan since I was having to pay a large deductible. She worked with us to help us in any way possible, including keeping up with the garage that kept our car for a month! She was so sweet and patient with us and kept in constant contact. I couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. Thank you so much Toni from the Vanhorn’s!

Heritage Acceptance was the first place that approved for for a car loan after trying for some time due to poor credit. They have always been kind and helpful and I lost my job and they have been more than willing to work with me so that I can keep my car. They have never been rude or disrespectful not even management. Toni is awesome. Anytime I have had to get ahold of her she has gotten right back with me. Thank you fir all you do.
