Extremely disappointed with my experience with this clinic. During my visit, he said he would provide referrals I specifically asked for, but I never received anything—despite waiting for weeks. I followed up and was told there was nothing pending. On top of that, he was rude and dismissive during the appointment, making me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone seeking respectful or reliable care.
Professional enough to do their job, yet friendly enough to make the medical procedure a comfortable experience.
Dr. Heriberto Nunez is very professional and nice. The front staff isn’t the most welcoming. I would definitely say they are not the most welcoming or professional. I will not be coming back to this office because of the of communication.
