I received my letterman from here a few years ago and I absolutely loved it. More than that, however, is that the customer service team is fantastic. The representative I spoke to was so incredibly kind and helpful, and I am very grateful!

My son has a new sense of confidence after receiving and wearing his letterman jacket. Flawless, fast, and friendly. My wife and I are so thankful for the kindness of Kristie Moreland and the owners for being gracious enough to answer our questions in an expeditious manner. It’s clear that they all know the value of customer satisfaction. No amount of money has been so well spent as doing business with Centex this year.

My son Joehl Guffy ordered his class ring in Sept last year and Herff Jones still hasn’t got it and he graduates in May Copperas Cove High School and he will also have 2 years of credit to Texas A&M so it’s almost February and still no ring. I would go to Jostons to order a ring or even Walmart does it

I’d expect so much more from a company that PFISD chose to make and design their letterman jackets. I just ordered my daughter’s letterman jacket and the website was confusing. The patches are outdated. The prices are outrages for what you get. We ordered the bronze jacket package which was $175. After our add ons, it was an additional $125. Total was $337 with taxes, shipping and a handler fee. The patches are outdated, the website is outdated. The order form…you guessed it, outdated. It is 2025 not 1997.
