They delivered my diploma to the bottom of my hill unwrapped, in a cardboard box during a rain storm, it was left there all day till I noticed it laying there, when I opened it up, it has water damage.

Absolutely worst place I have ever dealt with. The costumer service is pitiful !! No even one person I talked to has ever been "nice"!! Even when they do what they call "nice" this was the actually words they used! "I'm only doing this to be nice, on the order form it says you want a W in the front of your jacket, but there is no note that you do not want it to be the varsity letter!" VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I spoke with McKenna in hopes to have a correction made to my graduating seniors' plaque which has his parent name (mine) listed as the graduate, I take full responsibility for inputting the information incorrectly on the website but instead of offering helpful customer service I was told " well the person that put the order in on the website put it in wrong so you will just have to pay for another one and it's full price" I advised McKenna that someone from this company called me two week... read more
