My grandson received his cap and gown but the wrong size was in his package. The gown was to small. I emailed them and received a call within an hour. They assured me they would get him one that fits before graduation in 10 days. I received another call about 20 minutes later telling me they had one that should fit. People please believe ALL these 1 star (wish we could leave no stars) reviews. It’s clear they cannot do proper business. This company, Audrey Olmos, Customer Service, and Trent Overall (I guess named after the business name aka OVERALL RECOGNITION aka HERFF JONES IS THE WORST to do business with. Trent NEVER, unless corporate asks him to reply to his customer, NEVER REPLIES. Anytime you call they NEVER answer the phone, even during business hours. And You cannot leave a message.
