I wish I could give this company zero stars. They mishandled the gown orders for many of my classmates. Thankfully, the school was prepared and had extra gowns available, so replacements were provided to those who received incorrect or defective orders. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I called the company immediately and confirmed that the size had been corrected in their system. I ordered a class ring for my son over 2.5 months ago. They promised as delivery by the 2nd week of Jan and now it is almost second week of Feb...no where to be seen or found. We asked for tracked shipment delivery and they were suppose to inform us...nothing...just nothing...all we are getting is automated canned empty responses when we write to their customer services line. Unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with my order. I wanted to return my cap and gown since I was no longer graduating and had paid extra for fast delivery. Unfortunately, I never received any return instructions from the company, despite my repeated attempts to get clarification. I called customer service multiple times, and they insisted that the instructions had been sent each time, even though I couldn't find them anywhere in my email.
