This company is horrendous, and I would never recommend it. I placed my order for my medical school graduation cap and gown two months ago. It is now three days before graduation, and my regalia still has not arrived. Despite how expensive this graduation regalia is, it may not even arrive on time. My wife’s regalia arrived only five days before graduation and came with a broken zipper. She also ordered hers two months in advance. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my frustration this time is beyond limits. I placed my son’s graduation ring order in November 2025 and was guaranteed it would arrive during the first week of January 2026. When I called the office for an update, I was told there were “issues” with the order and that it wasn’t actually placed until December—right before they closed for a two‑week holiday break. I ordered my daughter’s ring back September 26th, and because she goes to an Academy that is outside of normal graduation timeframe, I had to special order over the phone, I paid $505.20 for her ring, and very specifically said my daughter’s graduation is December 6, 2022, will her ring be ready by then, this is a graduation gift, was told that it would be ready. I got a call about an issue w getting the payment from my card for my cap and gown. Everything was fine at first I understood the issue and I fixed it but the lady on the phone had the worst attitude and way about it. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I didn't feel welcome at all after ordering two graduations rings for my daughter's. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else.
