I ordered my daughter’s ring back September 26th, and because she goes to an Academy that is outside of normal graduation timeframe, I had to special order over the phone, I paid $505.20 for her ring, and very specifically said my daughter’s graduation is December 6, 2022, will her ring be ready by then, this is a graduation gift, was told that it would be ready. I got a call about an issue w getting the payment from my card for my cap and gown. Everything was fine at first I understood the issue and I fixed it but the lady on the phone had the worst attitude and way about it. I guess at one point she told me to let her know when to run the card and I understood that she was going to run the card so I said okay and then after a bit she asks if she can run it and I was confused and I said yes and everything was still great and she proceeds to say “I told you to let me know when to run... read more

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I didn't feel welcome at all after ordering two graduations rings for my daughter's. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else.

WORST humanly possible experience ever! Bonafide rip-off! You’d have better luck buying this stuff on Amazon with better quality. The return process is terrible and an absolute nightmare! The customer service is outrageous! Waited 15 mins on the phone just to be hung up on and it takes a week for them to reply to emails—and they only reply to maybe one out of three emails!! I cannot say how awful this place is! Stay away!!
