Herff Jones was my go to people for both my high school and college graduation necessities. I bought the caps, gowns, announcements, paraphernalia and BOTH of my class rings. Their customer service was phenomenal until my $1,000 ring lost a diamond. Suddenly, I can't get a hold of anyone and those reassuring warranties don't look quite as promising. I've had to put in TWO customer service requests and have yet to hear back.
