My son attends King High School. His graduation announcements were to be delivered on March 23. We finally got some last week that were digital proofs rather than the actual announcements. We were told on April 21 the corrected announcements were to be shipped directly to us within the week. When I called to follow up, I was told they have not been printed, they don't know when they will be printed and was told a manager would call me back. I've been waiting for 3 days! No call yet. Terrible. Totally ruined my class ring. All wrong. Wrong name wrong size. And they sent me home with it to turn in the following week. I dropped almost $1000 on that ring. Never again.
