No announcements delivered with cap and gowns. No information on when they will be ready. Owner does not respond back to request for update. Customer service using paper shortage as an excuse. Give me a break.

My daughter ordered a stole with NHS on it. The one received was blank. She has tried contacting them twice via their website, twice via email, and when she tried calling (twice), no one answered and their mailbox is always full so no messages can be left. So SIX attempts to contact them. Her graduation is in a week. Awful. Do not recommend!!

Do not order anything beyond a cap and gown. Use an outside vendor for any of your graduation needs. Graduation announcements were printed with the incorrect graduation time and replacements will not be received until May 18th, 2 weeks before the graduation date. There was no notification of the company's error, no response to my email for a week and when I called the woman I spoke with didn't have answers until a week later. My son was not able to graduate in May after I had already paid for his cap and gown. I never received it because they apparently “deliver” the items to the school. Now the school is saying they returned everything that wasn’t picked up at graduation and this company is saying that they can’t refund me what I paid because they “don’t “ have the items as returned. So now what, I’m just “donating” my money ? Horrible customer service. They need to learn a thing or two from other companies.

Customer service is not superior here. Got set of name cards. Cut wrong on top and bottom. Requested replacement. Low and behold same thing, cut on top and bottom is crooked. Asked for refund..said yes but only if I return the others. I'm waiting another 8 days to get a new set for third time that might be crooked all over again? I don't have time to wait again! This company is absolutely horrible. They came to my school (Pasco High School) months ago for us to order cap and gowns for graduation. I ordered it in person and my mom paid with a check. Today, their representatives were at my school passing them out and they told me "I didn't pay for it" and they have no record of me ever paying for it. I KNOW I paid for it. I'm furious at the fact I paid good money to a company who all they do is supply graduation supplies and I didn't receive what I need. I now won't be able to decorat... read more

They delivered cap and gowns to my daughter's school for her senior graduation. They did not have hers. When she asked they told her "they didn't know. Her name was on the list and everything was paid for but they didn't know where hers was." After calling and getting no answers, I got my daughter a cap and gown elsewhere. Then after numerous phone calls and promises of the refund I deserved since Herff Jones never gave my daughter the cap and gown I paid for, I've still yet to receive a refund. The Hudson High School original announcements, embossed with foil lettering and traditional rendering of the school inside, had the wrong graduation date! The replacement announcements are no comparison....flat basic ink jet printed...not even on card stock paper! I could have made those myself!
