Horrible repair service- warranty and billing issues Purchased a Ryobi blower vac from Home Depot 7/26/08 never ran correct- called manufacturer- they referred me to Heretick for warranty repairs- dropped off the blower10-14-08 to a lady behind the counter required a $10 deposit in case they find it was not a warranty problem-never heard anything- called11-03-08 spoke w/ Kurt- asked me if I had used the blower for vacuuming- told him no- that is why I wanted to get it back- his comment-"this is not a very good blower- I woul... read more
Great Feed Store We have been buying feed from Heretick for years. They are always willing to work with you and will do their best to make sure they have what you need. If they do not have it in Hopewell, they will get it from Petersburg. Great feed store!
horrible repair service/no warranty at all/ bunchn of liers took in a troy bilt edger on 11/17/09 to replace a torn rope it wasn't ready till 1/6/10 they did not start it for me to show me it worked (which in hindsight was my mistake). i got it out 4/1/10 to do some edging and the very first pull the rope was tight and did not pull correctly so i took it back and told them this was my first time using and they need to fix it. they told me that they thought it had been used already and were not going to fix it. so don't take ... read more
I looked in the website, Facebook, and every place else I found for this company and no where could I find their hours As a business you should want people to know when you are open. Please think about this. Thanks
I don't mind going there, but they are pricey for things they don't need to be, like bunny food. It is annoying that they don't put their hours on a website or on their phone system. It is the middle of April and they do not have "working people" friendly hours. I have sold them bunnies in he past and they were very picky on which ones they wanted from me. They were supposed to get back with me on a contact for a breeder and they never did.
