I started at Heretic CrossFit as a complete beginner through their Couch to CrossFit program, and after eight sessions, I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier that I found this gym! Coach Craig has been incredible. He takes the time to explain the fundamentals, walk you through each movement, and make sure you understand the foundation before jumping into regular classes. Heretic Crossfit has been great! I did Crossfit on and off probably 10 years ago and I've been reluctant to start again for fear of getting hurt. I'm happy to say Coach Craig and the Level Method have completely dispelled any fears I had coming in. You gotta try it!
I can’t say enough good things about this gym. Everyone is incredibly supportive, and there’s truly a workout for every fitness level. When I started, I couldn’t even do a sit-up. Four months later, I’m doing sets of 20+! The coaches meet you where you are, challenge you, and make you feel welcome every step of the way. Highly recommend!
