When I moved to the area, I did a great amount of research on which Crossfit box would be right for me. Heretic is where I landed, and I have not regretted it one bit Coach Craig & Mike are Phenomenal. The on boarding process is individualized and they make it 100% OK to listen to your body to go at your own pace. I felt at home alongside Other members immediately. Give it a shot. Heretic will help you meet your goals.
Coach Mike is an exceptional CrossFit coach who goes above and beyond to motivate, inspire, and challenge his athletes. His dedication to helping us reach our fitness goals is truly commendable. The Heretic community support is outstanding - a group of like-minded individuals who push each other to be their best seIves.
