I went to Hereford Urgent Care with a serious cut on my finger. It was outside of the regular urgent care hours. The woman behind the desk took one look at my poorly bandaged bleeding finger and said: “We’ll take care of you.” And they did. The doctor and the assistant were both wonderful. Competent, caring, and efficient. I got four stiches and was out the door in little less than an hour even though the doctor’s regular patients kept arriving, being seen, and leaving. Waited for 45 mins was told on their website that they take all major insurance. Just to be told after waiting that they don’t take my insurance not happy
Such a wonderful experience at one of the worst times. Everyone was so kind and considerate to me. They have me on the road to recovery. God was looking out for me that day.! Thank you all!
