Having moved to the Hereford area recently we had trouble locating a local plumber who would come and fix a number of small but annoying issues. That was until we called Lofty on a Thursday. He was with us by the following Tuesday, did all of the jobs we discussed diligently and quickly and charged us the price we had agree in advance. Finally it was a pleasure to meet him, simply put we can’t recommend him too highly!
Short notice with the issue with toilet cane the next day and fixed it with no problem. Definitely recommend for future
Booked my mum in at short notice, and was very efficient and explained exactly what the issue was with the tap that needed replacing and carried out the work exactly as described – very happy with the job and would definitely recommend
