I needed a part for a 20 year old ride on Hursqvana ride on mower. I held in my hand a messy old broken cable. I was served by Paul. “I’ll go and check, I think we may have one” 5 minutes later, a brand new replacement! Half the price of an on line replacement, which would have taken a week to be delivered.
