Great experience, good first impression
Be careful there are some "consulars" there that will betray your confidentiality. I went there needing help and the person that i was talking to knows my ex and she told them everything i would say. and of course, when i confronted her, she lied about it.
I recently started seeing my new therapist, and the experience has been very positive. They are compassionate, attentive, and create a comfortable, supportive environment. I already feel heard and understood, and I appreciate their thoughtful approach. I’m grateful to have found someone who makes me feel comfortable and supported on my journey.
I'd like to thank everyone from the staff of Here Tomorrow from the bottom of my heart. Dealing with mental illness can be extremely difficult and scary, especially when you've gone most of your life undiagnosed. I was in an extremely dark place at the end of last year and my wife and I were desperate to find helpful resources.
