The entire team at HERE have been wonderful to deal with. From the first visit, right through managing all the bits and pieces we wanted done before going to market, then securing us a great tenant. We needed a hands off experience, and the team took the reins and managed everything for us. Highly recommend!
Rented a penthouse apartment in East Perth thru HERE property 2022 – 2025. Initial service was okay, just average as you’d expect as a tenant in that industry. I found Here Property fantastic to deal with. This all changed when my lease came to an end and vacated the property. I vacated over a month ago and still have not received my bond money back. I have been dealing with Hayley Hooper who has been a nightmare. I thought reaching out to the General Manager, Laura and the Principal Rob would change the outcome or speed up the process. Here properties and their staff have been easy to work with, friendly during initial inspections and signing lease and respectful during their routine inspections. It's been a true pleasure living in a property managed by them and would and have recommended them to friends and colleagues.
