Could not rate Elise Colella from Here Property higher enough. She helped me with an extremely difficult tenant (from a previous agent) and then found an exceptional tenant for me going forward. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Brake checks drivers on the freeway while doing 85kmh in the outside lane when it is clear ahead. All while driving a marked car with their business details. I wouldn't trust them to manage my cat's litter tray.

By far, the most professional real estate agency I have dealt with. Their communication, clarity, patience and assistance are top tier and they just make everything easy for tenants and landlords to manage. Elise was a legend and we are very thankful.
Horrible agency to rent through. We rented for 2 years and it was nothing but trouble. Our property manager would not answer our emails, calls or text messages. We got accused of things, which turned out to be completely false, with no apology issued. The experience with the bond disposal was horrendous as expected.
