I’m not satisfied with the overall property management service. Communication was often difficult and at times came across as argumentative rather than supportive or professional. I frequently felt like I was managing the property myself instead of receiving proper assistance from the agency. Follow-up and attention to detail could have been much better, and I expected a more proactive approach throughout the management process.

Terrible Property Manager – Avoid Here Property. Extremely disappointed with Here Property. The tenant caused significant damage to the property and left several weeks of rent unpaid. Repairs took over 4 weeks (loss of income), Here Property focused more on collecting their own fees than protecting the landlord’s interests. They took no effective action, communication was poor, and they showed zero urgency — even with abandoned furniture left behind. My experience with HERE Property was disappointing. Things were running smoothly under previous property agent until HERE PROPERTY took over the management. They prioritise the landlord’s interests over everything else. They refused to let me renew or transfer the lease, and I was given with expensive lease-break fees despite only having a month left. It was a stressful and costly process that could have been easily avoided with a bit of flexibility."
