Throughout our tenancy, communication was often aggressive, passive-aggressive, and focused on compliance rather than providing support to tenants. When our house build was completed, we needed to break our lease just two months early. At an apartment inspection, we were directed by the property manager Hailey up the elevator to access the unit at a time. Upon doors closing the elevator broke down leaving seven of us prospective tenants stuck. After 30 minutes of back and forth with the elevator emergency line we eventually had to force the doors open with the help of a tenant who was on the other side. The quality of their property managing has spiralled down a lot in the last couple of years and is getting worse as time passes!!! So disappointing and sad!! I am going to stop using their service for managing my properties soon. ☹️
