We had an extremely poor experience with Here Property. I wish there was an option for zero stars. They managed our rental property for less than a month before we moved out, yet somehow caused more stress and frustration than we experienced in years with our previous property manager. I’ve been renting through HERE property for almost two years, and throughout the entire time, the property manager Elise Colella has been absolutely fantastic. She has always been helpful, kind, professional, and ready to assist whenever I needed anything. A special shout-out as well to Clara, who has been incredibly helpful in sorting out the last few things and making the bond disposal process smooth and easy. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My experience renting through HERE Property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Throughout our tenancy, communication was often aggressive, passive-aggressive, and focused on compliance rather than providing support to tenants. When our house build was completed, we needed to break our lease just two months early.
