I want to thank Mario for taking care of us today. Our suburban broke down after a hike in the area. He not only fixed our car today, but he saved us a towing fee by driving to us and fixing our car well enough to drive it to his shop. I've always heard horror stories about mechanics. Not this place. They were exactly what we needed. Thank you so much for taking care of us!
Mario was wonderful! My kids and I were out of town for Thanksgiving and our car broke down. Several locals had recommended Mario. He was out of the country, answered my call, and upon getting back had my car up and running in a day. Mario saved our Thanksgiving and I couldn’t be more grateful!

My family and I were on vacation here in Blue Ridge when my alternator went out. At 6:30 pm, Mario was the only mechanic in the area to answer the phone. He then came to Advance Auto parts to swap batteries in order to get my family and I safe to his shop so he could work on our vehicle. They welcomed my family in their office and allowed my kids to watch TV while we waited. House and Pet Sitting in the mountains for a week. 2nd day car doesn’t crank! Complete panic. Called Hear or There Auto Care. They came to my rescue! So very thankful! Immediately knew what the problem was. Fixed the issue in a few minutes. Friendly and caring. Wish I lived closer to Ellijay so Hear or There could take over complete control of my car care. Highly recommend.
