I called about making an apt, I was told I have to schedule online. I did and prepaid for the appointment. Then less than 3 hours later I get an email saying they were canceling my appointment without saying why, considering it was for 3pm I don't understand why when there were other available appointments after mine. I have tried calling to see if by them canceling my appointment I will be refunded the 120.00 I already paid, but 5 calls and no answer.

I wish i could leave ZERO stars, and I honestly wish I would have listened to the reviews about this place before going. The people working here are NOT professional ultrasound technicians, and have no idea what they are doing,she couldn’t even tell me how big my baby was inside the womb... So, I booked a $95 session.... which was set to last 20-30 minutes, and I was supposed to get a DVD, and print outs. I just went to get a ultrasound at this place. It doesnt seem to have professional people at this location. It is waste of money to get a ultrasound at a place where the people don't know what they are doing or even have decent manners . The lady at the desk who is actually the person who did my ultrasound. I felt that was unprofessional. Dont go to this place and waste your hard earned money.

After my son was born I compared him to his ultrasound photo. The 3d was very close to how he looked outside the womb. The 3d ultrasound is so much more superior to the ones at the docs offices. It was a great experience. If I ever had another baby I would totally go back here or recommend these folks to a pregnant friend.
