Very helpful staff. Specialist very knowledgeable, front desk staff very nice. Response time from this office is outstanding. Work done: took care of one of my hearing aids, needed repair.
I setup an appointment to see if I could get some assistance to fine tune my Starkey Evolv hearing devices . I mentioned to Pedro & JP that I thought I was missing some of the high frequencies. While I was was wearing my hearing devices they were able to do a hearing test. After the test was completed it was like night and day difference. While wearing my hearing devices now it’s raised my hearing to a new and improved quality. Thank you so much for helping me.
