I had a water leak that a separate company came out, spent ten minutes investigating, and then left without finding the issue. I called Herdman and they were able to send Jim out the next day. He was punctual and professional and so so helpful. Jim spent an hour and a half trying to figure out why my bathtub was leaking. He was thorough and made sure to try every possible avenue to figure out the problem. The best part is he found the leak and verified all of my shower plumbing! Lloyd and Brett did an amazing job fixing my leaking water heater. They came immediately, were very polite, and got the job done in record time! Herman Plumbing is my new go to!
Brett and Lloyd were SO professional and courteous. Brett actually found an error made by another company with our H-vac and helped us correct the problem. Lloyd found a leak that was unknown and helped us solve that issue as well, They both went above and beyond and we will be using Herdman for H-vac as well in the future. Thank You
Jim and Brett were a great team. They arrived right on time, fixed our toilet flange, and were extremely nice. They will be coming back to fix our other toilet and set the new ones in. One complaint- we got an estimate on two separate things. I said the price felt high. The first one they took off around $600 the second one they took off around $300. They lowered the price quickly which was nice, but would rather them just have normal pricing to begin with..
Jim and Lloyd came to our home to repair a leak in an upstairs toilet and replace water valve/line for refrigerator. They also replaced a hose to a downstairs toilet. They discovered that our main water shut off valve was not working properly and replaced that valve. Jim and Lloyd were very professional, friendly and courteous. I would recommend Herdman Plumbing and Jim and Lloyd.
