Yet another outstanding experience with Herdman Plumbing in Silverdale. I called them out to tackle an exhaust ventilation setup, which involved properly grading and capping the line, as well as piping the required lines to ensure correct condensation drainage on the return vent that had previously been venting open into the garage. Drake arrived on schedule and handled the entire installation flawlessly. While Drake was working, I discovered an unexpected leak from an outdoor hose bib and its connected supply pipe. Another great experience calling on Herdman Plumbing Heating & Cooling!!! This project involved rerouting roughly 30–40 feet of 3-inch ABS drain piping that had been improperly placed and was obstructing a basement doorway. Jim and Michael from Herdman Plumbing were on time and repaired the water supply line to a yard hydrant quickly and professionally. They used parts that were better than the original installation. I would recommend them to others for any plumbing problems.
One stop response with the first telephone call! Assistance needed with a kitchen faucet sprayer assembly and two water supply compression valve replacements. I was provided a service window between 11 a.m. & 1 p.m.; the technician, Kyle, telephoned almost immediately to advise he was en route and would arrive within 10 mins. The work accomplished was efficient and thorough, with care demonstrated for residential property. Along with the valve changes, Kyle provided us with suggestions to remediate future plumbing issues. We had a real estate sale transaction, and the inspection discovered several plumbing-related concerns. We live out of state, but our realtor recommended Herdman Plumbing. Jim & Michael were out in just a couple days and got it all done for less than we expected. We were so surprised and delighted! What a pleasure working with them! - CJ & Sara Swoboda
