Great customer service! My home needed some plumbing work so I searched locally for plumbing businesses. Herdman Plumbing came up and had good reviews so I called them. The receptionist who answered was very helpful in explaining the cost and everything. So I made an appointment. Christopher and Garret showed up on time. Garrett quickly diagnosed the problem with a leaking hose bib, worked up an estimate and relayed the time needed to complete the work. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job on the repair. It was very evident Garrett enjoys his trade and working for Herdman Plumbing.
