Unprofessional, unsanitary, and rude Staff! Receptionist had her feet up on the chair at the front desk without any shoes on. Receptionist was rude, snippy, when I only wanted to verify a form so there was no errors. PA and staff told me different things and when I showed up PA was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. This is the WORST doctors office I have ever been to.
This is an awesome physician and nurse practitioner. Office staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. This is not the correct address on this website, however, for this office, so call them first for the exact address.
