I had an appointment on 7/28 for my first physical with Julie Holcomb. I filled out the paperwork, received the reminder text and arrived on time. While the women at the front desk were very nice and professional; I was then told that Ms Holcomb wasn’t in (leave of absence) and the other doctors next opening wasn’t for 3 months. Why didn’t anyone tell me before I arrived to my appointment? I’m just a hairstylist, and never in a million years would I leave my clients high and dry without notifying them I wouldn’t be in work. ... read more
Treated like family Very thorough
Dr Herdel ALWAYS takes time to listen and understand my problems. So very kind and compassionate. He doesn’t seem to be on the counter down clock like other doctors. He takes whatever time I need!
