My family had used this company for over a decade, but the last house we had worked on, which so happens to be where I live, I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. Don was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and informative. He walked me through the process and was always so kind and would check on me. His crew was friendly and professional and did a great job. My toddler granddaughter met Don around Valentine’s Day and they now refer to each other as “my valentine”.
