This is a BIG thank-you to Doctor Charles Mok. Dr Mok has been my grandfather's GP for the last 20+ years, literally saving his life at least once. He has always been very kind and professional, a doctor of the greatest integrity. My grandfather has been very lucky to have Dr Mok as his GP. My thanks also go out to all the staff at his practice for their assistance and kindness over the years.
Dr Mok and Dr Ha are amazing doctors with years worth of knowledge. The reception girls do their best to accomodate everyone and their needs. Do not listen to the negative reviews from other people. Clearly they don’t have the patience to wait a few minutes to see a doctor.
good doctor he monitors his patients well and his clinic is very accessible to o seniors like me
They need better staff running reception they are as rude as can be I’m sure they will delete my review because they can’t handle criticism, the worst service in Sydney
