Have been trying for over a year to get in touch with this business as there are no RV repairs in the Morongo valley that are able to work on my fifth wheel. The number is apparently no good, I have sent emails with no response. I would love to do business with them and change my 1 star rating to 5 star like everyone else. Apparently I do not have the luck of getting in touch with them like everyone else is able to!

Local RV dealer in Palm Desert damaged our RV’s awning during a recall inspection. It was working perfectly before they touched it and had no clue how to fix what was damaged. They hot wired the motor and fried the controller/module. It was difficult finding a qualified mobile repairman. Hercules RV was referred to me by a neighbor. Thank goodness, Jackson was able to help with an electrical problem our slide was having, he troubleshot it and found it within an hour and fixed it right away at way less than any other place was charging. Had him come back again and do a refrigerant recharge as well as fix our plumbing by unclogging my pipes in our 35ft trailer.
