What an amazing experience! I moved across the country from Calgary Alberta to St. John's Newfoundland and I have nothing but good things to say. The guys who picked up my furniture and dropped everything off were really nice, careful with my belongings, fast and hard working. Their office staff kept us updated along the entire process. Their virtual cost estimating was very simple and easy. I hired this company for a commercial move and it was an extremely disappointing and dangerous experience. I am writing this review to warn other business owners. Here is what happened: UNPREPARED & UNPROFESSIONAL The supervisor and crew were clearly not trained for commercial moving. They arrived without enough tools and — without asking my permission — used my personal tools. When I raised this concern, they ignored me completely.
