Well I shop here because of Denise! She is Amazing! Polite, Knowledgeable, Professional and Prompt. As a business owner time is money and she saves me time. I highly recommend Hercules for your Hvac needs!
Great customer service, Denise has been a huge help every time we are in for supplies. Not a large inventory of universal parts but I just give a call ahead and they are more than happy to let you know what they have and even hold it for you until you get there. They are our go to in surprise to keep our customers cooling!! Thank you Hercules and Denise for all you do.
Very slow compared yo the one on Indian school 27th Ave had to wait for them to unload a truck to receive a couple items that I orderd even though had ordered and been waiting before the truck had arrived
