DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They promised 60 days to deliver the unit and didn’t put it in place for 180 days. So it was paid in full in November but not installed until May. Then the unit needed so many repairs including a new roof. This is supposed to be a brand new house!! What a joke. When I tried to get help they sent me to the builder of the home. Worst company ever.
This review is specific to our very helpful, personable and knowledgeable salesman, Lou Diehl. I called him and straight out told him we were interested in learning about modular homes, but that we wouldn't be building in FL. I scheduled a day and time for Jim and I to meet with him and he spent all the time we needed educating us on the differences between manufactured, mobile and modular homes. Hercules exceeded all expectations, here when they said they would be here, did exactly what the said they would do and did a great job moving a premanufactured home on an investment property I owned that sold and closed in 10 days in St Augustine, Fl. I have traveled to this lot from Gainesville Four times in a row to find the office closed before 5pm. Four wasted trips, if the lot is by appointment only I would understand, but it is not. Why waste the public’s time and money closing the lot whenever you want without notice. Won’t be coming back. Not that they would even care, given the strange hours.
